1.1. We currently deliver to addresses within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

2. Order Processing Time

2.2. Orders placed after [7:00 PM] will be processed the following business day.

2.3. You will receive an order confirmation and, once dispatched, via email/Whatsapp.

4. Shipping Charges

4.1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. [Orders above BHD 20 qualify for free shipping within Bahrain.]

5. Delivery Attempts

5.1. Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or that the address and contact number are accurate, and you need to share the OTP with the delivery partner to confirm the order belongs to you.

5.2. If delivery cannot be completed after e.g. 2 attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

5.3. Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery or note the issue with the courier and contact us within 24 hours at [support@basetradingco.com].

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

7. Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses
