The Site is owned and operated by Base Trading W.L.L, a company registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain under Commercial Registration (CR) No. 148895-1, with its registered office at Office no. 14, 19 Road 1802, Manama, Capital Governorate ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company").

1.2. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products

2.1. We sell genuine mobile accessories, iPad, Laptop & iPhone products, and related consumer electronics. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing displayed on the Site are accurate; however, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

2.2. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual color, packaging, or accessories included may vary slightly.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1. Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors).

3.2. A contract of sale is formed only once we confirm your order via email or WhatsApp message confirmation.

3.3. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per customer.

4. Pricing and Currency

4.1. All prices displayed on the Site are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate prescribed under Bahraini law, unless stated otherwise.

4.2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Payment

5.1. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit/debit cards, cash on delivery, and other locally supported payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6. Authorized Products and Warranty

6.1. Where applicable, products sold are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's warranty, subject to the terms specified for that product. We are an authorized retailer/distributor of mobile accessories and iPhone-compatible products; warranty terms, if any, will be specified on the individual product page.
